What a gem my husband found when we were recently staying in Ghiffa on Lake Maggiore. This felt like authentic, fresh, Italian food how it should be done. Delicious food, dog friendly, lovely service, beautiful evening.

The wine and food recommendation was very detailed and personalized, it was one of the best services I ever had at a restaurant! The atmosphere is very romantic, you will sit under 500 years old trees that are married. Gentlemanly waiters, it feels like a very soulful place. Very good desserts as well as accompanying liquors that were well designed by the waiters!

Nice people. The woman that served us didn't speak English at all but she was kind. The food was good. Desserts could have been better, more balanced. Nevertheless it was a good night. The restaurant is in a beautiful location!

The waiters here are fantastic, speaking many languages and going beyond what's expected. Above all the food here is exquisite, we took all courses but desert and enjoyed every bit. Thankyou, Grazie.

It was a great night mostly because of the location, magical place with a very nice view of the lake. Food was not really good for an Italian restaurant but not bad either, portions were small but the service was warm, familiar and fun! I would come back for an appetizer since the ham and cheese board and the wine was great!
